R12: PA Transaction Exception Detail report lists Receipt Exceptions

The PA Transaction Exception Detail report has exceptions listed for receipts,

Exception Reason states: New line not yet processed by Oracle Projects,

Corrective Action: Please rerun the PRC: Interface Supplier cost concurrent program

However these lines are in Oracle Projects - is this just a bug on the report? It is just a warning and has not prevented us from closing the PA periods.

Has anyone else experienced this same issue?
