ARM - Reverse Calculation from Reporting currency to functional currency

Does ARM reverse calculate amounts from Reporting Currency to functional currency?
Scenario:
Our Taiwan entity's functional currency is TWD. They have a USD bank account. Bank statements for this bank are received in USD. Reconciliation is performed in both Functional (TWD) as well as Reporting (USD) currency

When adjustments are entered to sub system balance (Bank balance) in ARM, is it possible for system to reverse calculate from USD to TWD?
