Field Alignment and Sign

 Is anybody know how to align the fields in the vertically column and also put the numeric sign at the end of the numeric field?It looks there is a special character at the last 2 columns of the Comp line so the Comp line fields do not align correctly with the other lines in the same table. 
Attached is the screen print of the output and BI Publisher Word template.  

Please let me know if you saw these 2 issue before and know how to adjust and correct them.
