Siebel Error SBL-UIF-00348

Hi Guys,

Ive hit an error when I click on the space between the scroll bar to navigate through the records faster on a list applet. Please see error below

Is there anyway to troubleshoot this? Is this browser or server script? I tried testing on my local but I cant replicate the error. Usually what is the common root cause for this kind of error?
