Incremental Compile &Bounce

Hi,
Approach.1: Incremental Compile the object on the SRF. Bounce the Component. Changes will be reflected.
Approach.2: Incremental Compile the object on the SRF. Open a New Application Session. Changes will be reflected.

Can someone temme the pros & cons of the above 2 approaches???
