How to re-open closed enrollment periods
Hi
I have a requirement to create a new rtf template for "Employee Statement".
I have created the template and the document from Transaction Maintenance -> Document Management.
I now need to verify the report by clicking on Generate Statement from Manager self-service responsibility. To do so I need to add the template from "Plan Administration" function.
My issue is the current year 2012-2013 enrollment window is already closed effective Apr 2013, so I am unable to select the current year enrollment period to either update the employee statement template or to verify the letter.
Please suggest how can I access the already closed enrollment period to verify my report?
