Negative Balance Error when applying for PTO using Self Service
I have a scenario, Employee's Leave Entitlement is = 4
I applied for 6 leaves and all were approved because its all future dated.
but when I tried again (using self-service), I had an error that says its not possible because it will make the balance negative.
I replicated the issue. Employee's Leave Entitlement is = 15.
applied for 21, all were approved because there's future dated leaves. but when I applied again, the same error message appeared.
So my question is - how many future dated leaves can be approved even if it will make the balance negative?
When will the Negative Balance appear?
