Issues with scatter chart type and Vertical Dual Y Combination chart type in BIP report editor for O

Does anybody have any suggestions/workarounds for the below issues faced with the chart type in OVR

1) While using a Scatter Chart in BIP layoout editor is it possible to display the Data values with a percentage Symbol appended ?

2) While using a Scatter Chart in Layout Editor is it possible to define the Y axis values?

3) While using a Vertical Dual Y component chart and using calculation for a value the plot is drawn when the Value is Zero . How can I draw the graph when the calculated value is undefined. For example in char the calculated value is 100*amount/sum of other amount. When Sum of other amount becomes Zero the graph is not plotted
