How to mapping the result of FieldManagement and the WSDL files for Web Services?

Hi all,
I want to get data from all objects in OracleCRM, but for some of them I can't find the APIs to get data.
When calling FieldManagementReadAll(), I get a list of object names as bellow:

 Delegated User
