Query to find duplictae reporting invoices collecting by EBTAX

hiwe are in Israel running EBTAX collection and after run the Israeli vat reports . sometimes we are dealing with invoice that were marked as final but collected again by  EBTAX since the flag was updated as  not final. this is causing us problems with tax authorities . is there any query / report that we can identify these ones.
