Configuration redologs, Rman and recovery database (do test)

i have my database in archivelog mode and Flashback and configured parameter in RMAN like (CONFIGURE CONTROLFILE AUTOBACKUP ON;, CONFIGURE RETENTION POLICY TO RECOVERY WINDOW OF 3 DAYS;CONFIGURE ARCHIVELOG DELETION POLICY TO APPLIED ON ALL STANDBY;....)

Actually i want to test and i will be sure the correct configuration.

I want to do a recovery with my Backups and Archivelogs in another Computer or same computer.

Maybe somebody  known how could i test it? oder know some Document that it can help me....
