How to assign campaign's contact list to multiple positions at the same time

Dears,

Please advise how to assign campaign's contact list to multiple positions at the same time, so that all positions will see the same conatct list, i.e. for example if a user in position X tick the Done flag on a prospect record in the contact list, the user in position Y will see the change immediately.
