The way Siebel CRM software is offered for download on the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud or, on My Oracle Support, from the Patch & Updates tab, can be confusing as this is sometimes marked as 32 bit, sometimes as 64 bit software.. Still, Siebel is and remains a 32 bit application that can run on most 64 bit OS. Note 1480776.1 (Master Note: Support for Siebel on 32-bit and 64-bit Operating Systems) discusses these points and tries to help in the Siebel CRM software download selections.
