Configuration recommended (backup with RMAN) to recover database

Hi,

I have a database Oracle 11.2 Archivelog mode, anyone know or know any document to say the steps to follow to configure parameters and backups (Rman) ..... my goal is to have everything (Bckp) i need in case of disasters for recovery my complete database.
