"Posting: Single Ledger" completes with error

 Hi all, 

We are facing issues with "Posting: Single Ledger" program. Some request complete with error. Due to this, journals remain with posting status "Processing".

I am attaching a request log from one of the failed request.
Main cause I think is the following error:

STPM0017: GLSTPM cannot get a lock on the template 'FSG REPORTING'.
GLSTPM cannot get a lock on template  'FSG REPORTING'.

The program seems to wait for a lock on the summary template, but this lock is not getting acquired, until 1 am, time when the system is shut down per scheduled backup procedures.
So the requests never complete.
