EM12c agent install on red hat cluster

I have a number of 2 node red hat clusters.  One cluster is a normal active-passive cluster with one database on it.  The other clusters have some databases on one node and some on the other.  Each database on these cluster nodes can be switched between nodes independently of the other databases.  How do I go about installing the management agent on these two styles of cluster?
