EM12c agent install on node with multiple central inventories

I have a node with 5 databases on it.  Each database is owned by a different unix account, and has it's own Oracle Home.  There is no single central inventory, each Oracle home has a separate central inventory defined.

I intend to install the EM12c agent in a separate unix account, but what do I need to do to get all of the Oracle homes and inventories picked up by the agent?
