Post upgrade of 13.4.1.6 RDF autosource.ksh batch not generates same optimal source levels compare t

Hi Experts,

On same domain data, after upgrade of RPAS/RDF 13.4.1.6 after executing Autosource batch it shows completed successfully in the log, but not generate the same optimal source levels, which is generates by RPAS 13.2.2.26 version successfully.

Find the log details below. Only difference I can see MeasureMonitor part which is showing in 13.2.X version but not in 13.4.X.

Any idea why the MeasureMonitor is not working in 13.4.X version or is it the issue?. Earliest help will be highly appreciable.
