Setting Up a WebCenter Sites Cluster

Hello,

I'm working on creating a vertical cluster of WebCenter Sites (WCS).
I have an issue following the documentation provided for this action : webcenter_sites_11gr1_bp1_install_on_weblogic.pdf

I have a full WebCenter Sites installation on a managed server working...
I've created a managed server as per doc specifies.
As well as a cluster created as per section C. Creating and Configuring a Cluster.

I've also installed a new WCS with a new datasource (Connected to a different Oracle DB instance) and a different shared folder for both WCS installs.
This section has installed successfully. I've put it in its own managed server as well with in the same cluster on WebLogic.
