v$sql_plan bugs

There have been a lot of bugs through the different database versions around the v$sql_plan view.  I just want to know are there bugs also with the x$ views that feed this view or are they fine (X$QESRSTAT and X$QESRSTATALL ).  We have run into the v$sql_plan bugs but if the X$ tables are ok I can query those instead.
