Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Expense Report not changing the status from "Pending Image Submission"

HI

We have 2 reports from a user stuck with "Pending Image Submission" but the image receipts status is RECIEVED.

The workflow is not kicking off due to it.User has attached the receipts and submitted the report.PLease let us know what needs to be done.
