ASCP not showing data using First day of Calendar in Planner's Work Bench

Hi,

  We are running version 12.1.3.9 of Oracle ASCP on a separate server linked to Oracle ERP version11.5.10.2 via a DB link. We need to display information in Planner's workbench in buckets that correspond to the 1st day of each calendar month. We tried setting the profile - ' BOM: Week and Period Start Day' to "First Day of the Calendar". Built the work calendar from Bills of Material responsibility, ran Collections and launched ASCP plan. However, this is not helping us see planning information in monthly buckets beginning with the 1st day of each calendar month in planner's workbench. Reference - Support documents - 1186856.1 & 1593815.1.
