Attempting apply a prepayment on the invoice it fails

Hi Everybody
Recently (21-oct-13) start go live with version 12.1.3 and facing issues when attempting to apply
prepayments on invoices that were created on version 11i and
Just now when trying to transfer information to GL got the issues
