What action causes the last_update_date field in APPLSYS.FND_CONCURRENT_PROGRAMS table, for the conc

Hello

We are in the midst of an external Audit.  They are questioning why the Open Period concurrent program, GLOOAP,  has a last update date of 1/7/2013.  It shows my user Id as the last to update it.  I do not have access to modify the program so I am trying to explain to them what else might cause it.  Because it was so long ago, I have no idea what I ran that day.  We would have already opened the JAN-13 GL period the week prior to the 7th so I don't believe it was due to the run.  I
