Although PO: Legal Requisition Type says Purchase we can copy internal requisitions

for use with iProcurement I created a responsibility where the profile option PO: Legal Requisition Type = Purchase.This responsability is for external purchase only.
Also, to meet our internal requirments I built another responsibility for internal items only. The profile option PO: Legal Requisition Type = Internal
However if the user created an internal req with the internal iproc responsability he can later on copy that internal requisition while logged in with the iProcurment Purchase requisition responsibility.
Questions for you: How can it be? Can I block that kind of transaction?
