Picking Orders Based on UoM

 Is there a way I can restrict picking of orders based in UoM.For example Sales order is for 2 Cases.
1 Case = 10 each.
These is no inventory for case in warehouse but there are 20 each
Normally the order will get picked as system will convert 20 each to 2 cases and fulfill the order.
Is there a way i can restrict the picking as customer only wants the order to be fulfilled in 2 cases not via 20 each due to different storage box etc.
Please advise
