one time address in iSupport and territory assignment

Client's installed base is very inaccurate since most sales are indirectly through business partners and takes months before resold to an end customer. The actual end customer record never gets updated in Installed base unless an effort is made to find the actual address. Some large retailers move the machine all the time and never report the actual location of the machine until repair ticket is to be created.


iSupport is to be used to create service ticket , auto create tasks, and use territory assignment to  auto assign ticket group/owner, assign task owner.  The task assignee will be done through advanced scheduler.
