Patch 11i: 14187563 - Caused ARP_TAX Package to Become Invalid

Hello Support,
Once after applying patch (14187563) we got an extra invalid (APPS.ARP_TAX PACKAGE BODY) compared with previous count.
We have compiled manually below are the errors.

Errors for PACKAGE BODY APPS.ARP_TAX:
949/8    PL/SQL: Statement ignored
950/55   PLS-00302: component 'G_INCL_TAX_AMT_BEF_UPD' must be declared
951/10   PL/SQL: Statement ignored
951/84   PLS-00302: component 'G_INCL_TAX_AMT_BEF_UPD' must be declared

The pre requisite patch 5200052 is already applied in 2008.
