PRC: Submit Interface Streamline Processes” completing Error when using “XIC: Interface Intercompany

Has anyone using R12.1.3 run across the “PRC: Submit Interface Streamline Processes” completing Error when using the parameter “XIC: Interface Intercompany Invoice to AR”?  The process will correctly execute the “PRC: Interface Intercompany Invoices to Receivables” but fails at the AutoInvoice Master Program. The subsequent programs do not run a result.  Each process in the streamline will complete successfully if I run each request separately.  Also, the entire streamline process will successfully complete if there are no invoices in Released status.
