Archiving HFM Application

Hi,

What's the best practice in archiving HFM application.

Our current HFM applications has data for about 7 years and having lots of dormant accounts and entities.

The challange is, we cannot remove the dormant accounts and entities as there are historical data attached to it.

How can we archive the existing application, and keep only the last 18 months of data in the application

and removing the dormant accounts and entities?
