Expense Participation - Second Cap - Admin Fee?

Hi Guys

In the Expense Participation second page screen it only allows for One cap however my lease requires a second cap, being a base year deduction after the CPI cap has been applied.

The group limits don't help as it's a limit and not a deduction.

The only option left is the Admin fee.

Is it possible to utilise the Admin fee as a fixed negative amount? I know it generates using a percentage of the EP class or share. But would it be possible to point it at a specifically set up EP class and use it as a second cap amount? i.e. by using it as a negative fixed amount?
