Allocations

We have account balances in multiple accounts (code combinations).  Every month they need to move manually to a specific account by creating manual journal entry.  We know there is functionality mass allocations and recurring journals.  Are there any suggestions on how this can be accomplished.  When we tried Mass Allocations we are running into errors.

Prepwork. We created parent values in respective individual segemnt values and assigned the child segment values

A - Wherever it is parent value is used we assigned Looping to that segemnt, rest Constant

B - Value of 1

C - Value of 1

T - One single code combination with Constant for all segemnt values
