Issue with records in F0018 table

Hi, we are running scheduler jobs for batch posting - R09801. However, in those processing options we did not update values so that tax numbers get updated to F0018 as well. We went live about a month back but there is no data in F0018 pertaining to the batches that got posted via scheduler. How can it be fixed? Please suggest.
