Report with current month/year and last year values

Hello support community,

I try to create a new report with data from current month/year and the last year. Example:

- User goto Activitites in Siebel

- User select the report. The report is configured to ask the user which month and year should be used: Month=11, Year=2013

- The BI Publisher (10.1.3.4.2) creates the report.

Now my issue:

I have to show the selected records (from 11/2013) and I have to show the records from one year ago (11/2012). How can I get the records of 2012?
