Migrate single database 11.2.0.2 to RAC database 11.2.0.4

Hi expert oracle DBA, My Database is on single database version 11.2.0.2 on Solaris, A had 2 new servers for for RAC. My plan migrate single database to RAC database version 11.2.0.4, OS is same flatform. Please help me list any solutions to solve this plan.
