Local Zones with range of Dedicated CPU capping

Hi We have a Global Zone hosting several local zones, on some local zones we set
dedicated cpu capping with range.

my question is, there is a way to know how many cpu the local is allocating when
the idle of local zones is high ?

I.E.

root@xsldom-c # zlogin xlsasst
[Connected to zone 'xlsasst' pts/9]
