Databrowser does not display the field - assistance needed

Hi All,
wehave encountered strange issue. Our developer has created/modified one of his custom tables - he added a column. After I built and deployed a package, I generated the table and I can see new column in UTB on fat, I can see it when I start databrowser in local web, I can see the column in database when using sqldeveloper but I can not see it when I sign on web server. I thought it is some cache. But we rebooted whole box already and still there is no new column in the table when using databrowser via web server...
