11.5.10.2 : Invalid objects after Critical Patch Update - Oct 2013 - FND_SSO_MANAGER FND_OID_...

Hi,
After applying critical patch update there is 8 new invalid objects in the database and they are causing issues in the application.

All objects are invalid package bodys
FND_SSO_MANAGER
FND_OID_SUBSCRIPTIONS
FND_OID_UTIL
WF_OID
FND_LDAP_UTIL
FND_LDAP_USER
FND_SSO_REGISTRATION
FND_OID_PLUG

I tried to apply patches one by one again and found that pre patch 17161889 causing the issue.
