Issues in implementing Rule Conditions Using SQL Syntax in Oracle Scheduler 11g

Hi,

Based on the topic "Setting an Evaluation Interval for Chain Rules" in  Oracle Scheduler 11gr2 document "http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E11882_01/server.112/e25494/scheduse.htm#CHDCFBHG", we are trying to implement the chain rule as follows.

Setting an Evaluation Interval for Chain Rules
The Scheduler evaluates all chain rules at the start of the chain job and at the end of each chain step. You can configure a chain to also have its rules evaluated at a repeating time interval, such as once per hour. This capability is useful to start chain steps based on time of day or based on occurrences external to the chain. Here are some examples:
