Install patch 14375077 on EM 11g for 2-system upgrade to EM 12c

Hi,

From the patch's README, the prerequisites item 1 states:

"Ensure that the Oracle Management Service (OMS) on which you are installing the patch or from which you are rolling back the patch is Oracle Management Service 11g Release 1 (11.1.0.1.0). Therefore, the Oracle home must be oms11g."

It specifies 11.1.0.1.0 (not say 'or above'). We have installed PSU 10 and the current OEM is 11.1.0.1.10. Do I need to rollback to 11.1.0.1.0? If I just apply on top of 11,1.0.1.10, any impacts will have?
