Is it possible that only some of the Partner Attributes can be user updateable

Hello 

In Partner Management, we have implemented many custom profile attributes.

However the requirement is that some of these may be user updateable (by the Partner user) and some may not be updated by the Partner User 

For example - we have attributes like Partner Industry which we want the Partner to update. At the same time , attributes like "Partner Target"  would be preferably assigned a value by the channel manager and not be user updatable. 

Is it possible to do this in Oracle Partner Management.??
