Need information related to Oracle Projects Release Update Pack 5 for 12.1 (R12.PJ_PJ.B.delta.5)

Hi Team,

We are currently on R12.1.3 and we are looking to apply Oracle Recommended Patches (RPC's) for our financial modules and as per Note ID: 954704.1, for Projects its recommended to apply Patch: 14162290 which is a R12.PJ_PJ.B.delta.5 Patch.

When we also ran the Patch Wizard to identify the other Projects Patches observed that the above Patch: 14162290 wasn't recommended (uploading the output for reference). Now we are not sure whether we need to go ahead with this patch?

Also Patch: 14162290 advises that below Code levels are required prior to applying this Patch. However, we have only R12.AD.B.delta.3 from the below and dont have the other two, please advise how to proceed.
