Audit Vault 10.3 - how to resolve error

I am receiving the following error from the DBAUD collector:

Attribute is longer than 4000 bytes and was clipped

The AV Manual depicts the following statement for this error:

B.2.5 DBAUD Collector Error Messages

46965, Attribute %s is longer than 4000 bytes and was clipped

Cause: When the attribute was converted to UTF8 encoding, it became longer than 4000 bytes.

Action: None. It was clipped automatically after conversion.

Have researched a number of areas and have found no adequate solution yet - we are trying to see exactly what this error [which happens to be pretty consistent] is stating - appreciate any feedback - how to resolve this issue?

Howdy, Stranger!
