WINDOWS upgrade using dbua with fail safe

I am upgrading a database on windows for the first time.  I don't have a test environment, only production to work in.  I have a few of questions:

1. After running dbua, do I need to restart any services, or change values for any services like the listener?

2. If I upgrade the database on 1 server in the fail safe cluster, what do I need to do on the other server in the cluster? 

3. What has to be done to make fail safe aware of the new ORACLE_HOME and that the database is running from there?
