Movement Statistics not complete

We use Movement Statistics to gather  Intrastat data.

 

In several orgs this works fine.

 

Now I have generated transaction in an org that exists for years, but did not yet use INTRASTAT. We use mainly Interorg receipts in this org, for another EU country, so Intrastat applies.

 

I now note that some transactions are missing. Even from the SAME receipt or the SAME PO Req some lines are there, others are not. (Note that the shipments/receipts are rather out of sync with the actual orders: we ship partials and we receive partials, so often it is split over several)
