Aging - 7 Buckets - By Account Report not capturing Customer account Number with 5 digits

Hi,

We have an issue with the Aging - 7 Buckets  - By Account Report. The output does not capture customer account numbers that have more that 4 digits. Our cutomer numbers range from 1-20000+. The Aging - 7 Buckets  - Bybers from Account Report only captures Customer account number from 1-9999.

Kindly note that all other information concerning the customer is populated in the report but for the number.

For example, customer no 10000 is  Company XY Ltd. The Aging - 7 Buckets  - By Account Report captures the name and the receipt aging related to  Company XY Ltd but does not capture  Company XYltd Customer account.
