Oracle Application Patching issue after upgrading Database 10g to 11g

Hi,
After upgrading database from 10g to 11g Pick Selection List Generation-SRS job failed.
In QA environment database has been already migrated to 11g.
We can see from ad_bugs table, Patch 5903765 & Patch 4888294 has been applied in QA.
Can we apply below patches after database migration or we need to revert back to 10g first and then need to applied these patches?
