Hyperion Financial Reporting PDF-preview consume 50% CPU and never stop

Hi,
I'm using Hyperion 11.1.2.1 and I'm at the latest patch 17464650.
I can produce my report in HTML format but when I try to produce it with PDF, the job never stop.
I did a couple time install et remove the PrintServer.  I check Jconsole and it is ok with 8297 port.

Whant can you suggest to me.
