Release Adapter Error when Applying CS 9 Bundle #31 to an environment on PTools 8.52 results in nume

We are seeing lots of customers who are unaware of the fact that there is a newer version of release adapter that should be used when applying CS 9 Bundle #31.  Please see:
Cannot Apply Bundle or MP for PeopleSoft - Need Release Adaptor Note 1167463.1.

Symptoms that may indicate you are not running the correct release adapter version are:

1. Errors in the release adapter log file such as:

[Fatal Error] PRJ898732.BAK.XML:6607275:7: The entity "nbsp" was referenced, but not declared.
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The entity "nbsp" was referenced, but not declared.
at org.apache.xerces.parsers.AbstractSAXParser.parse(Unknown Source)
