Troubleshooting Oracle OVM - newbie question

Our Oracle VM Manager Server3.2.6  (Oracle Linux Rel 6 Update 4) was rebooted to recover/reset the BIOS administrator password, but once the server was back up, I have been unable to access the OVM Console (https://hostname:7002).  The ovmm_mysql and ovmm are both running (checked using "service ovmm & ovmm_mysql status").  We're just beginning to try to evaluate OVM as a viable virtualization solution, so we don't have much knowledge about this product yet.  How do I debug this?  I can't seem to find much information in the Oracle Product documents.
